Dealing with difficult people is a form of leadership that Daniel has been developing from a young age. From Eagle Scout to college club president in his youth, later taking on various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, then in the civilian world as a business consultant and Olympian Life Coach.
Daniel’s mission is to make good people even better. Trauma is a fact of life, and difficult toxic people are never going to disappear. But what makes the future a bright place is when those of us who volunteer to make things right develop the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome our own weaknesses and offer up a new vision to the whole of humanity. True leadership means being the way, rather than showing the way.
